FAQ

Shipping:

Obscura ships USPS priority mail unless specified. All orders ship the next day other then if the order is received Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will not ship out until Monday.. If there is a delay then we will notify you. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Priority mail takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You can have orders shipped overnight, 2 day and 3 day. You may choose one of these other options during the checkout process.

Shoe Orders:

Demonia, Pleaser, and Lucious shoe lines will ship UPS ground and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location and will be shipped seperately from clothing items. Shoes in stock at the store will be shipped same as clothing.

Returns:

Obscura accepts returns with full refund (excludes shipping) within 15 days of receiving item as long as item does not look used or worn and it still has it's tags. You must contact us first to receive a return #. Items sent back without this will not be accepted. Refund occurs once we have received item back and can see it is in good condition. We accept defective items up to 45 days after you have received the item. Again we must be contacted first.

Sizes:

Most companies we carry run about the same in measurements on their clothing. You can check the standard measurements here.

The Collectif and Guilty clothing lines run slightly different. You can get measurements here.

Payment:

Obscura currently accepts credit card payments through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use this form of payment.
